Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Optikos Shami has a 30 days return and exchange policy! You can return any your purchases  for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition with all original packaging within 30 days of when you received them.

In order to initiate a return or exchange please contact us on: info@optikosshami.com with all the relevant details and we will arrange for your return or exchange accordingly.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, but If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

 

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved for exchange, we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange. However, If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet please check with your credit card provider first as it can take up to 10-20 business day for the credit to appear in your account

Sale Items

Purchases during sales can only be exchanged  during the sales period.

 

Shipping

Optikos Shami will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
